1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, unbeaten
3 Tbsp. cream
1 c. shortening, soft lard or butter
1 3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Sift flour and baking
powder
together twice.\tMix all ingredients and chill 1 hour.
Roll and bake at 350\u00b0.
