Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium mushrooms
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 scallions, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Lightly salt mushroom caps.
    Mix cream cheese, scallions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Fill mushrooms with mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Broil 5 minutes and serve.
    Yields 30 to 36 mushrooms.
