A Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black beans
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 large chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    salsa (Mexican red sauce)
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, pepper and sausage (out of casing and broken up) until brown.
    Add black beans.
    Grease a 9 x 13 1/2-inch casserole.
    Take each tortilla; add a large spoonful of mixture. Roll up and place one next to another until all ingredients are used up.
    Sprinkle cheese (grated) over tortillas, then place 2 cups salsa over top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
