Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) broiler/fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Coat chicken with combined flour and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in combined egg and water; coat with combined crumbs and cheese.
