Stir-Fried Snow Peas(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. finely minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 lb. snow peas
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper.
    Saute 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add snow peas.
    Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or just until crisp-tender.
