Oat Raisin Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Pour water over oats in large bowl; stir until moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
    Loosen sides of loaf from pan.
    Cool completely before slicing.
