Pistachio Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine dry with undrained fruit, mixing well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with chopped nuts, if desired.
Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
Do not attempt to mold as mixture will not be firm. Yields 12 to 15 servings.
