Mustard Apricot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c apricot preserves
    2 T Dijon mustard
    4 pork loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Cook preserves and mustard in a small pan over low heat until preserves are melted.
    Place pork chops on a lightly greased broiler pan.
    Broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Brush with half of the apricot mixture.
    Turn pork chops and brush with remaining apricot mixture.
    Broil 5 minutes more or until juices run clear.
    Top with onions.
    Serves 4.
