Tummy Warmer(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. frozen green beans
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 green peppers, diced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. chuck or round, cut in strips
    1 can tomatoes (1 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Put flour, salt and pepper in cooker.
    Add steak strips and stir well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low 8 hours or on high 5 hours.
    Serve on rice or noodles.
