Baked Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters (lengthwise).
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water. Shake a few at a time in the bag, coating potatoes well with cheese mixture.
    Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a
    13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place coated potatoes in a single layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
