Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. grapes
    2 c. celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 large cantaloupes
    walnuts
Preparation
    In blender, blend mayonnaise, milk, preserves, curry powder and salt. Pour over chicken, grapes, celery mixture. Cover and chill. Place chicken mixture on center of platter lined with lettuce. Slice cantaloupe around salad. Top salad with coarsely chopped walnuts.
