Ingredients

1 oz. cocoa powder
4 oz. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. hot water
candied cherries
chocolate chips
candy covered chocolate sprinkles
multi-colored sprinkles
Preparation

Sift the sugar into the small bowl.
Add water, a little at a time, mixing it with the sugar to make a smooth paste.
To make chocolate icing, use 3 ounces sugar and the cocoa powder.
Make it the same way as the white icing.
