Ginger Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork roast
    1 Tbsp. ginger, cut up
    3/4 c. three fruit Bundee marmalade
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put pork in pan; sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and ginger.
    Pour 1 cup of wine in pan.
    Cook and bake 1 hour.
    Remove pan from oven.
    Place marmalade in small bowl.
    Add pan drippings; mix well.
    Pour over meat.
    Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, basting meat.
    Serve pork with pan juices.
