Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 squash
    1 onion
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    cheese (mild or medium)
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Slice squash and boil with sliced onion until done.
    Drain and add salt, pepper and margarine.
    Layer in dish: 1/2 squash mixture, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and cheese.
    Repeat with next layer.
    Top with crushed saltines.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
