    6 onions, chopped
    6 green peppers, chopped
    8 tomatoes, chopped
    Chili powder
    Red pepper powder
    Garlic powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Chopped ham, sausage, or bacon
    Mushrooms
Preparation
    Break eggs into a large bowl and beat with fork or egg beater. Add the chopped vegetables, mushrooms, and meat; add seasonings to taste. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook the egg mixture to scramble.
