Sausage Cheese Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf horizontally sliced Pullman bread
1 to 2 pkg. linked sausage, cooked
1 large Cheez Whiz or Velveeta

Preparation

Heat cheese until just soft.
Spread Cheez Whiz on both sides of bread slices.
Cut bread into 4 or 5 inch pieces.
Roll sausage into Cheez Whiz covered bread and placed on greased baking sheet seam side down.
Bake until edges are lightly browned.
Leave long or cut in bite-sized pieces.
Can be frozen and reheated.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
