Spinach Salad(Tasty Combination - Delicious Dressing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced (optional)
    6 to 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Preparation
    In a 2 cup jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first 12 ingredients.
    Shake well; set aside.
    Wash spinach carefully, removing tough stems.
    Drain (no need to dry).
    In a large salad bowl, tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
    Add mushrooms and reserved dressing; mix gently to distribute dressing well. Arrange salad on 6 serving plates; garnish with crumbled bacon and top with egg slices.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
