Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. crabmeat, shrimp or lobster
    3 green onions, chopped
    fresh parsley, chopped (as desired)
    1 1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 stick butter
    1 stick oleo
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. vermicelli, broken in half
    fresh mushrooms or 16 oz. can drained mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter, cheese and half and half.
    Saute onions, mushrooms, parsley and shrimp briefly and then add to half and half mixture.
    Meanwhile, cook vermicelli; drain.
    Butter 9 x 13-inch pan; mix everything together.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
