Homemade Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. old fashioned oats
    1 1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    300\u00b0.
    In a large bowl combine oats, almonds, coconut,
    wheat
    germ and salt.
    Stir in milk and oil and mix
    thoroughly.
    Spread
    on
    a
    wax-paper
    lined shallow baking pan and bake, stirring occasionally for 1 hour or until golden. Stir
    in
    raisins.\tLet
    cool
    and\tstore in airtight containers. Makes 7 1/2 cups.
    (And it's delicious too!)
