Jellied Beet And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O (red)
    1 c. water, boiling
    1 (15 oz.) can diced beets
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of salt
    water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Drain beets and pineapple (reserve all juice).
    Add enough water to the juice to measure
    2 1/2 cups liquid.
    Pour this liquid into dissolved gelatin.
    Add vinegar and salt to taste.
    Chill until partially set, then stir in beets and pineapple.
