Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    6 medium potatoes
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cook and cube potatoes.
    Cook bacon and crumble.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Saute onion in butter until golden.
    Combine flour, salt, sugar and celery seed.
    Add to onion and cook until bubbly. Combine water and vinegar.
    Stir into onion mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cooked potatoes and bacon and stir until well mixed. Heat through.
    Serves 4.
