Frank E.'S Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken wings
    red hot sauce to taste
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Rinse wings.
    Divide at joints; discard tips.
    Pat dry.
    Fry in deep fat at 400\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until wings float. Drain on paper towels.
