Make 'Em Some Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (15 oz.) pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. each: ginger, nutmeg and salt
    chocolate glaze (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat milk and other ingredients with mixer or wire whisk.
    Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes longer.
    Cool and garnish.
    Can be frozen.
