Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream, at room temperature
    parsley
    chow mein noodles or egg noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter; add meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is done.
    Stir in flour, soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 6.
