Holiday Breakfast(Serve Warm) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tart apples, peeled, cored, sliced thin
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1 loaf French bread cut in 1 inch slices
6 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup milk
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, butter, and 1 tsp. cinnamon in 9 x 13 pan. Add apples and raisins. Toss to coat well. Spread apples evenly over bottom of pan. Arrange sliced bread on top. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and remaining 2 tsp. cinnamon until well blended. Pour over bread, soaking completely. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Bake covered with aluminum foil in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
