Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix (small boxes)
    1 box graham crackers
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix pudding and milk in large bowl.
    Add Cool Whip; mix until smooth.
    Add vanilla.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with graham crackers.
    Layer as follows:
    layer of graham crackers, layer of pudding mix (approximately 1/2 of mix), layer of graham crackers, the rest of pudding mix and another layer of graham crackers.
    Spread with icing.
