Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. fine breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. dry white wine or vermouth
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix garlic, basil, oregano and salt with breadcrumbs and place on large plate.
    Melt 1/4 cup of the margarine; dip each chicken breast in the melted margarine and roll in breadcrumbs.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake near center of oven 30 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
    Melt the remaining 1/4 cup margarine.
    Mix in wine and green onions.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Return chicken to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is hot.
    Serve over rice.
