Fresh Peach Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh peaches, crushed (about 4)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix crushed peaches, sugar and orange juice.
Place over high heat and stir until boiling.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes or until thick without covering.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Makes 2 cups.
Serve warm on pound cake or over vanilla ice cream.
