South Of The Border Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. water
2 tsp. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of ground red pepper
6 ears corn
Preparation

Boil corn.
Combine remaining ingredients, keeping warm. Place cooked ears on platter and brush with margarine mixture.
