Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix
eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, raisins, pecans and zucchini.
Sift
flour,
baking
powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix
all together with vanilla.
Bake in a greased muffin tin 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
