Pork And Sauerkraut Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork chops
    2 red apples, cut in chunks
    1 3/4 c. apple juice
    onion (amount as desired)
    32 oz. mild sauerkraut, drained
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Over medium heat, cook pork chops (add salt and pepper to taste) in oil until browned. Remove to plate.
