Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese slices
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 c. fine bread crumbs
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 onion, sliced
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour melted butter over bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cut cheese slices into triangles. Alternately place layers of zucchini, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, cheese and bread crumbs in casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with bread crumbs. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for an hour or until vegetables are tender.
