Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until blended. Stir in milk and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge of pie comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
