Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground cured ham
    1 lb. ground fresh lean pork
    1 lb. ground veal
    2 eggs
    pepper
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Have meat ground together.
    Soak bread crumbs in ketchup and water.
    Season with pepper only.
    Combine with meat, then add beaten eggs.
    Shape
    in loaf and bake in moderate oven for about 1 3/4 hours.
    Serves 12 to 15.
