Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sourdough Start
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    butter
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix Start and oil.
    Sift together the flour, soda and salt; add to starter and oil.
    On a floured board, roll the mixture into a rectangular shape.
    Spread on butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll (jelly roll fashion).
    Slice about 1-inch thick. Let rise for 15 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
