Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. thawed, frozen coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream the butter, shortening and cream cheese; gradually add sugar.
    Beat well at medium speed.
    Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture, stirring just until blended.
    Stir in vanilla and coconut flavorings until blended.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove on wire rack and let cool.
