Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed cauliflower
    1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained and rinsed
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 c. tomato juice
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Layer cauliflower, tuna and mushrooms in a 1-quart casserole. Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over layers.
    Microwave on High (100%) for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
