Farm Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boiled and diced potatoes
    4 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper as desired
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Fry bacon until brittle, then chop into pieces.
    Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of grease.
    Combine potatoes, bacon, onion, salt and pepper; brown lightly.
    Add eggs, then mix.
    Top off with cheese.
