Egg Nog And Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    1 pkg. egg nog mix
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Slice enough sweet potatoes to cover 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Slice 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    Stir good and pour over the layer of potatoes.
    Cover with foil.
    Press around dish good so potatoes will cook.
    When cooked, remove foil and cook until syrup is thick as you like. Don't let syrup get too thick.
    Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
