Beulah'S Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. garlic
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Beat egg in 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture.
    In skillet, brown chicken in margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon in water, add with remaining lemon juice to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Garnish as desired.
