Marzetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 pkg. fine egg noodles
    2 cans tomato puree or sauce
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 large can mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine until golden brown. Add meat and stir until all is brown. Add tomato puree/sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cook noodles, drain and rinse.
    Layer noodles, then cheese and then meat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (be sure heated all the way through).
