Low-Fat Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box low-fat graham crackers
2 boxes fat-free/sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) fat-free Cool Whip topping
3 1/2 c. skim milk
1 can Sweet Rewards low-fat milk chocolate frosting
Preparation

Place one layer of graham crackers in bottom of pan. Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip to pudding mixture. Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Spread chocolate frosting over top layer of crackers. Chill.
