Old Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. thick sour cream
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and soda.
    Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
    Roll on a floured board to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
