Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. lard
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Take flour and cut in lard until well mixed.
    Beat egg; add vinegar and salt.
    Mix into flour and lard mixture.
    Mix until well blended.
    Makes 4 crusts.
