Overnight French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices French or other white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (with or without crust)
    8 oz. cream cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 1/2 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
    12 eggs
    1/3 c. maple syrup
    2 c. skim or whole milk
Preparation
    Place half the bread cubes in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with cream cheese cubes, blueberries and remaining bread.
    Beat together eggs, syrup and milk; pour evenly over bread.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake another 15 to 30 minutes until top is golden and crunchy. Serve warm.
    Makes 12 servings.
