Microwave Stewed Corn And Tomatoes(Indian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn or 4 c. frozen corn
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped with liquid
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 3-quart dish.\tSaute onion, pepper and garlic on High
    3 minutes or until tender.
    Add corn, tomatoes and salt. Cover and
    cook
    on
    High 20 minutes.
    Stir once or twice. Cooking
    time
    will
    be
    shorter if using canned corn. You\tcan add
    1
    pound cooked shrimp during last 5 minutes of cooking if desired.
