Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    6 Tbsp. soft margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 (29 oz.) can peach slices (reserve juice)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric
    mixer\ton
    medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a greased
    9\tx
    13-inch
    pan.
    Drain
    peach\tslices\tand reserve juice.
    Gently arrange peach slices on batter, leaving a 3/4-inch space
    around
    the\tedge of the pan.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and
    peach juice and mix 2 minutes with mixer on medium
    speed. Carefully
    spread
    cream
    cheese
    mixture over peaches without touching sides of the pan but be sure to cover all\tpeaches completely.
    Sprinkle
    cinnamon
    and
    sugar over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake
    30\tto
    40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until top turns golden brown.
