Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 of the butter.
Press half of mix in greased baking pan.
If desired, put other half on top and cover with rhubarb.
Cook sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water.
Pour over cake.
Top with remaining crumbles and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
