Big Minnie Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium pita rounds
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. bacon bits or diced leftover breakfast meat
    1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. diced tomato (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. milk or water
Preparation
    Slice pitas into halves.
    Mix eggs, cheese, bacon bits or meat, green pepper, tomato and milk.
    Pour mixture into lightly oiled skillet and cook on low heat.
    Fill 4 pita halves with filling. Eat and enjoy!
