Raisin Crisscross Cookies - cooking recipe

1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg white
1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream margarine, sugar, egg white and flavoring together.
In another bowl, sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir well.
Mix in raisins.
